Rome's Bioparco welcomes three brown bear cubs
Three Albanian Brown Bear cubs have found a new home in Rome's Bioparco after being seized from "unsustainable living conditions" in captivity, in an international rescue operation involving bear associations, the Rome Bioparco and Albanian state authorities. The bear cubs are two male brothers, Gianni and Sam, and Mary, a female, all of whom were rescued from illegal private collections after being snatched from their mothers at a very young age.
