Bring back the Berlusconi bus stops
Nine thousand signatories have added their names to a petition to bring back the bus stops on Via del Plebiscito, in front of Palazzo Grazioli, Silvio Berlusconi's Rome residence. Serving 18 buses in all (13 daytime and 5 night-time routes), they were removed on 28 December 2009 "for security reasons" according to ATAC, the public transport provider.
The majority of the signatures (5,200) have been collected by a Facebook group set up the day after the stops were eliminated, by a Partito Democratico local councillor for the VI Municipio, Massimo Luc
