Businesses staying open in August.
The city of Rome has set up a website with a list of shops and services that will remain open for business during the month of August. The list includes green grocers, supermarkets, pharmacies, repair services (plumbers, electricians, etc) in addition to emergency numbers and services for the disabled.
The list is available at the Comune di Roma website. Residents can also request information from the city
