Contemporary architecture tours.
The city of Rome will be offering guided tours of five outstanding examples of Romes contemporary architecture starting in December. Sites include Renzo Pianos Auditorium Parco della Musica (Viale Pietro de Coubertin 30), Richard Meiers Jubilee Church (Via F. Tovaglieri) and Ara Pacis Museum (Via Lungotevere in Augusta), Zaha Hadids MAXXI Museum (Via Guido Reni 10) and sites from the 1960 Olympic games. Tours are held by qualified architects from the Arcult Assocation for Regional Architecutre in English, French, German, Japanese, Italian and Spanish. Tickets cost 8 and tours last from 4 to 5 hours.
