Elegant bike ride raises awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health.
The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride, which raises funds and awareness for prostate cancer research, will take place at the Obelisk in the EUR area of Rome at 09.00 on 29 September.
The event, which is held in 700 cities worldwide, unites classic and vintage style motorcycle riders around the world who wear their most elegant clothes for the occasion.
The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride was founded in Australia by Mark Hawwa who was inspired by an image of television show Mad Men character Don Draper astride a classic bike dressed in his finest suit.
Since its foundation the charity ride has seen the participation of 250,000 riders who have raised over $18.5 million for men's health.
