Domus Australia in Rome
Renovations are currently taking place at Domus Australia, a pilgrim centre offering accommodation for Australian pilgrims travelling to Rome. Situated between Stazione Termini and Porta Pia, the 19th-century building is a former Marist church and residence, and is expected to open by the end of this year.
Acquired by the Catholic church of Australia, Domus Australia will be open to all but is aimed specifically at the Australian pilgrim market. Sydney
