Hugh Grant in altercation with AMA boss as she films Rome's trash
Angry Hugh Grant mistakes Rome rubbish boss for paparazzo.
Hugh Grant and his wife inadvertently ended up in a video taken by Luisa Melara, the president of Rome's waste collection service AMA Roma, as she used her cell phone to film restaurant workers throwing trash onto a Roman street.When the British actor spotted what he presumed was a member of the paparazzi he reacted angrily, snatching the phone out of Melara's hands.
The incident took place in the historic centre of Rome on the evening of 2 July, according to a statement released by Melara.
An irritated Grant can be heard in the footage saying to Melara: "Don't put your foot out in front of my wife" before the video ends abruptly.
