Italy's most prestigious streets
Rome's Via Condotti and Milan's Via Montenapoleone are tied at number 14 as the most expensive street addresses in the world, both costing a yearly average rent of 2,250 per sqm of apartment.
This is Italy's ranking in an international survey conducted by Cashman and Wakefield, a global property consultancy group which releases the results of the world's most prestigious and expensive residential streets each year.
The world's most pricey street address is Fifth Avenue in New York, (11,364 yearly per sqm) followed by Causeway Bay in Hong Kong (9,544) and Champs Elyses in Paris in third place (6,675).
