The MedFilm festival will take place in Rome from 7-13 November with more than 200 films from 40 countries in Europe and the Middle East. The most important competition, known as the Premio Amore a Psiche, is only open to full-length feature films produced in countries on the Mediterranean sea.

This year Turkey is the special guest with film directors, journalists and authors presenting films. There will be a section dedicated to contemporary French works and to short films and documentaries. The productions will be screened at the Cinema Capranica and at the Museo di Roma in Trastevere.
