There are currently over 164 nativity scenes on display in Rome until 9 Jan. These presepi are made from an array of different materials and come in a myriad of different styles traditional ones, seashells ones, chocolate ones, even ones contained in bottles and aquariums in all sizes and colours. The presepi come from Italy, eastern Europe, Africa and central and south America. There is also a workshop for children on making nativity figurines. Sale del Bramante next to the Basilica di S.
