New railway timetable.
The new winter timetable for the Italian state railways comes into effect on 11 December. All the new train times are visible on the website of trenitalia, www.trenitalia.it.
A new station will be opened on the line between Rome and Fiumicino airport on the same day. The station, Parco Leonardo, will serve a new residential area on Via Portuense, where there is a mult-screen cinema complex and one of the largest shopping malls in Europe.
