December dates
The holiday season in the eternal city starts 1 Dec with the opening of the arts and crafts fair in Piazza Navona. A great place to knock out some Christmas shopping, the market is open daily from 10.00 to 22.00 and lasts until 7 January. Remember also that shops throughout the city, but particularly in the historic centre, will be open every Sunday in December.
