A 24-hour public transport strike scheduled for Monday 8 April will affect 95 suburban bus routes operated by Roma Tpl, from 08.30-17.00 and from 20.00 until end of service.
The capital’s network of 27 night buses could also be affected during the night between Sunday 7 April and Monday 8 April.
A separate four-hour strike on the evening of Monday 8 April will affect routes operated by city bus company ATAC. Rome's bus, tram, metro and light-rail services Roma-Lido, Termini-Giardinetti and Roma-Viterbo will be at risk from 20.00 until midnight.
All transport services are guaranteed on the morning of 8 April until 08.30, and during the evening rush hour from 17.00-20.00.
Meanwhile on Friday 12 April there is an eight-hour strike scheduled by employees of the state railway company Trenitalia, from 09.00-17.00.
