Black Friday for Rome's commuters.
Several public transport strikes are scheduled to take place in Rome on Friday 17 April.
Two 24-hour strike actions will affect ATAC buses, trams, metro and light rail services Roma-Lido, Roma-Giardinetti and Roma-Civitacastellana-Viterbo, as well as suburban bus company Roma Tpl, from 08.30 until 17.00 and from 20.00 until end of service.
Adding to commuters' woes is the likely suspension of the MA1 and MA2 shuttle bus service provided to deal with the three-month early closure of the Metro A line, from 21.30 until end of service.
Not to be left out, the newly-opened Metro C is set to close for four hours, from 08.30-12.30, while the city's 27 night buses are also at risk during the night between 16 and 17 April.
