Linea Mare runs throughout summer.
Rome’s bus service to beaches along the coast from Ostia south to Torvaianica resumed on 1 June and runs throughout the summer.
The daily 62 service connects Via Domenico Baffigo in the Ostia district with the beaches at Castel Porziano, and runs every 20 minutes on weekdays and more frequently during peak weekend periods.
The 070 Express, which runs from the Fermi bus station in EUR through Casalpalocco and Castel Porziano to the Colombo bus stop in Ostia, currently operates on weekends. From 9 June it also runs on weekdays, every 30 minutes, and every ten minutes at weekends from 13 June.
The 07 line runs every half an hour at weekends and public holidays from the Colombo bus station (which connects with the Rome-Lido railway line) to Torvaianica along the coast road, stopping at the so-called Cancelli beach establishments. From 8 June it departs every 15 minutes, with the gap between services reducing to 10 minutes from 15 June.
