A four-hour public transport strike takes place in Rome from 09.00-13.00 on Wednesday 13 November.
The mid-week action affects the capital's buses, trams, metro and light rail services Roma-Lido, Roma-Giardinetti and Roma-Civitacastellana-Viterbo.
The strike has been called on a regional level by a number of public transport trade unions and involves employees of ATAC city bus company, Roma TPL suburban bus company, Cotral regional coach service, and Ferrovie dello Stato, the state-owned company that manages the national rail network.
The strike coincides with a week of bad weather, the International Rome Film Festival, and an investigation into ATAC over allegations of massive ticket fraud. For full transport details see Rome's mobility website.
