Rugby fans encouraged to reach Rome stadium in eco-friendly way.
The 2018 edition of the
Six Nations rugby tournament sees Rome adhering once again to
Roma gioca sostenibile, a sustainable transport initiative designed to help rugby fans reach the Olympic Stadium on foot, by bicycle or by public transport.
This is the fourth consecutive year that Rome has embraced the initiative which is a collaboration between the city, the Italian Rugby Federation and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Italy hosts two Six Nations games this year at the Olympic Stadium:
England at 16.00 on 4 February, and Scotland at 13.30 on 17 March. The annual Six Nations championship is contested by England, France, Ireland, Italy, Scotland and Wales.
