Rome's traffic restrictions.
Thursday 24 March will be the eleventh Thursday of restricted traffic in Rome. Vehicles with licence plates ending with an even number will not be allowed to circulate in the citys "fascia verde" the green zone between 09.00-12.00 and 15.00-19.00. All vehicles that run on methane, GPL, electricity and the most-recent models, classified as Euro 4, are allowed to circulate freely.
