A concert to celebrate Ascension Day, the third of a series of seven concerts of sacred music, will take place at 21.00 on Sunday 23 May in the Chiesa del Ges. The Rome Opera House orchestra and choir will perform Schubert's Mass n. 6. with soloists Carla Maria Izzo, Manuela Custer and Robert Lee.

The concerts, which take place in four different basilicas and churches in Rome, are organized by the Rome Opera House in collaboration with Vatican television and Radio and with the support of the President of the Republic and the Papal Institute for Sacred Music.
