Police track down individual outside Italy.
Anti-terrorism police have called off a terror alert in Rome after an individual they were looking for in the Italian capital was located outside Italy.
The terror alert was sparked after police intercepted a conversation in which the 27-year-old man allegedly said "Tomorrow in Rome I will go to paradise."
