On Thursday 16 February only vehicles with licence plates ending in an odd number will be permitted to circulate in Romes "fascia verde the green zone. The restriction will be in force from 15.0021.00. 16 February will be the fifth Thursday in a series of ten when, to help reduce air pollution in Rome, only vehicles with odd or even number plates will be allowed to circulate alternately.
