Tiburtina high speed train station.
Work began on 2 October for the new high velocity Tiburtina train station in Rome that will eventually mean passengers can reach Milan from the capital in just three hours, and Naples in one hour and ten minutes. The new station will incorporate the current Tiburtina station, which will remain functional during the building works.
