Traffic block No 7.
The seventh Thursday of restricted traffic in Rome is on 24 February. Vehicles with licence plates ending with an even number will not be allowed to circulate in the "fascia verde" - the green zone - between the 09.00 -12.00 and 15.00 - 19.00. All vehicles that run on methane, GPL, electricity and the most-recent models, classified as Euro 4, are allowed to circulate freely.
