On Sat 20 March there will be a demonstration in Rome in favour of the withdrawal of Italian troops from Iraq. The march, which is supported by most of the left wing political parties and by two of the major trade unions will start at 14.00 from Piazza Barberini and will follow the route Piazza della Repubblica,Via Cavour, Via dei Fori Imperiali, Piazza Venezia, Via Petroselli to end at the Circo Massimo.

The demonstration, which is expected to attract a large turnout, will be broadcast live on Italian state television channel Rai Due from 16.35 to 17.40
