Popular initiative runs until end of October.

From 24 April to 31 July, and from 4 September until 30 October, the Vatican Museums open every Friday evening (with the exception of 1 May) from 19.00-23.00, with last admission at 21.30.

The visit includes the Pio-Clementine museum, the Egyptian museum, the upper galleries, the Raphael rooms, the Borgia apartment, the collection of modern religious art, and the Sistine Chapel.

As in previous years, the popular initiative will be enriched with a special season of musical events whose programme will be published soon on the Vatican Museums' website.

Online booking is mandatory and exit from the galleries begins 30 minutes prior to closing time. For full details including ticket prices see website.
