From 1 November, the limited traffic zone (ZTL) in Trastevere and S. Lorenzo will be active only on Friday and Saturday nights from 21.30 until 03.00 the next day.

The winter timetable stays in effect until April. Daytime ZTL is also in operation in Trastevere from Monday to Saturday from 06.30 to 10.00.

Other districts in the city limited by ZTL include Monti and Testaccio, on Friday and Saturday nights from 23.00 to 03.00. Day time access to the historic centre is limited from Monday to Friday from 06.30 to 18.00, and Saturday from 14.00 to 18.00; while traffic is also limited on Friday and Saturday nights from 23.00 to 03.00.
