5th International Jazz Manouche Django Reinhardt Festival.
14-17 Sept 2006. The streets and clubs of Turins multi-ethnic nightlife from Via Borgo Dora (Baln) to the suggestive surroundings of the Cortile del Maglio host bands from all over Europe, showcasing a music form born from the union between the Belgian-Rom Django Reinhardt, 1930s American jazz, French Musette Waltz and the Rom tradition. In addition to its music, the festival features screenings of documentaries and exhibits by master guitar-makers.
