Join us for an unforgettable culinary adventure — an intimate evening that will deepen your understanding of what may well be the of beating heart of Italian culture, its cuisine eaten al focolare. We’ll gather, cook, talk, and eat in our cozy-modern kitchen, exploring seasonal specialties that are rarely found on Rome’s menus, as well as popular Italian classic dishes. You’ll learn from Domenico Cortese, our talented Italian chef, as he prepares dishes using ingredients freshly sourced from Lazio farmers. At the end of the evening, you’ll be full, happy, and armed with traditional techniques to use back in your own kitchen. And, we’ll wash the dishes!
