Alexander Lonquich at S. Cecilia
14-17 Nov. Alexander Lonquich continues to explore Mozart's piano concertos as conductor and as solo pianist. Also on the programme is Haydn's Oxford symphony, so called because it was first performed in Oxford when the composer was awarded an honorary doctorate by the university, although it was commissioned to be performed in France.
