12 March-23 April 2010: exhibition by Stephen Westfall entitled Pavimentazione sul Muro. Westfall, a current fellow in visual arts at the academy, has been exploring and reacting to the intricate designs of the mediaeval cosmatesque floors that decorate many Roman churches and which make extensive use of triangles of coloured marble.
This show is his most completely integrated exhibition of paintings on canvas, wall paintings, and works on paper. Open by appointment, tel. 065846459.
