Angry Indian Goddesses wins at Rome Film Fest
Rome Film Fest draws to a close for 2015.
Angry Indian Goddesses by Pan Nalin won the BNL People’s Choice Award as the tenth edition of the Rome Film Fest concluded on 24 October.
The first female Indian “buddy movie” was directed by the filmmaker of Ayurveda and is described by the Rome Film Fest as "a fresh and unbridled portrayal of women in India today."
The audience voted for the winning film via an online voting system.
