27 April. John Cabot University presents Atelier Rome, a series of short films about Roman artists, on Monday 27 April from 17.00-20.00.
The films, lasting between 7 and 10 minutes each, are the work of JCU art history students, taught by Prof. Ilaria Gianni.
They document the practices of a group of Rome-based artists who are interviewed in their ateliers. The event, which will be conducted entirely in English, will be followed by an informal dialogue between audience and artists.
The five artists are Marco Palmieri, Alessandro Piangiamore, Gianni Politi, Tomaso de Luca, and Pietro Ruffo, all of whom belong to the capital's lively contemporary artistic scene.
Those attending the event are required to carry photo ID.
