20-21 Oct. Concert conducted by Francesco La Vecchia to mark World Food Day (16 Oct) organised by the UN’s Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO).

 27-28 Oct. Macedonian oboist Gordana Nedelkovska plays music by Mozart, Haydn and Mendelsshon. Nedelkovska has performed as soloist with orchestras all over Europe and in Canada and has organised music festivals in her home country. Since 2011 she has been dean of the faculty of music at Skopje university.

3-4 Nov. Kazakh violinist Marat Bisengaliev performs music by Schubert, Wieniawski and Schumann. Bisengaliev has been living in the UK since 1991. He founded the West Kazakhstan Philharmonic Orchestra in 2003 and has often recorded music by the Welsh composer Karl Jenkins.
