17, 18, 24, 25 Nov. This traditional fairy tale, written by Leprince De Beaumont in 1756, is staged at Teatro Nino Manfredi for kids aged four to ten.
The original plot tells of a young prince, who lives in a charming castle, is punished by a fairy for his bad manners and turned into a horrendous beast. The fairy donates the beast a beautiful rose, which will bloom until his 21st birthday. By then the prince will have to be loved and love in turn, otherwize he will remain a beast forever.
