Berliner Philharmoniker
22-23 Dec. The world famous Berliner Philharmoniker (Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra) is giving two concerts right before Christmas at their home venue, the Philharmonie near Berlins central Potsdamer Platz. Conductor Marc Albrecht will be waving the baton during a programme offering a wide selection of composers and styles from Schumann to Wagner to the contemporary Hungarian composer Ligeti. Enthusiasts are invited to a pre-concert talk at 19.00 while the main event starts at 20.00.
