Carolyn Carson, the great American choreographer and dancer, performs Dialogue with Rothko (Italian premier) at the Festival Internazionale di Villa Adriana in Tivoli on 3 July (at Villa Adriano). As the title would suggest this hour-long solo is inspired by the work of painter Mark Rothko.

Carson, now in her 70s, will talk on the subject Tra Danza e Arti Visivi at Teatro di Villa Torlonia (4 July) and give a workshop in Rome with live music by Paki Zannaro (4-5 July).
