English artist Christina Thwaites is showing her works in the twin galleries RvB Arts and Antiquariato Valligiano, Via Giulia 193 and Via delle Zoccolette 28 from March 22 till April 13. Thwaites is making a name for herself with her quirky family portraits. Bold and vivacious, these works are characterised by a strong satirical vein that is both humorous and touching. RvB Arts is a new gallery specialising in affordable contemporary art by emerging artists while the Antiquariato Valligiano is a long-established antiques shop dealing in furniture and collectibles from the Alpine valleys.
