8 Dec-6 Jan. The annual Christmas festival at the Auditorium Parco della Musica has something for all ages and this year it celebrates the auditorium's 15th anniversary.
The wide-ranging programme features live music, theatre, exhibitions and markets at the Auditorium which turns into a Christmas village for the duration of the popular event.
Many of the activities are geared towards younger visitors, in particular the ever-popular ice skating rink in auditorium's Cavea.
There are numerous concerts, including the Roma Gospel Festival (21-31 Dec), as well as a National Geographic photo exhibition and a special New Year's performance of Cavalli di Battaglia by Gigi Prioetti. For full details see Auditorium website.
