Forty two black and white photographs by Adolfo Franzò focus on the male protagonists of Italian cinema of the recent past. The new generation of stars like Riccardo Scamarcio, Raul Bova, Alessio Boni, Kim Rossi Stuart stand side by side with the previous generation of actors such as Lando Buzzanca, Giancarlo Giannini, Fabrizio Bentivoglio. The ironic title of the exhibition, which quotes the title of a film by Marco Ferreri, also refers to the changing image of the Italian macho in literature, film and society.
