31 October 2012. The Cranberries have postponed their 2 July concert at Rome's Auditorium until 31 October. It follows the re-scheduling of many of the dates on their planned European summer tour. Lead singer Dolores O'Riordan said "For personal reasons I would prefer to keep private, it turns out that this is not a good time for me to be on the road this summer. I apologise to the fans and promise that the Cranberries will be at our best for the rescheduled shows." Formed in Limerick in 1989, the Irish rock band are known for their hits "Linger", "Dreams", "Zombie" and "Promises".
