Cross Border Orchestra of Ireland
12 April 2008. The 160 member Irish youth orchestra invites Rome to celebrate the 400th anniversary of the "Flight of the Earls", commemorating the exile of Irish noblemen to the continent in the wake of the Tudor reconquest of Ireland in the 17th century. The Cross Border Orchestra will be performing "The O'Neill Suite" by composer Brian Byrne and music from "Lord of the Dance". Gear
