The legendary Swedish company opens the Estate Teatrale Veronese with a programme that weds a work choreographed by the current artistic director Johan Inger, Walking Mad, with music by Ravel and Part, and a work by Mats Ek, Fluke, with music by the Swedish Flesh Quartet. For over 30 years this company has been a reference point for contemporary dance in Europe, thanks to the genius of its founder Birgit Cullberg and then of her son Mat Ek. The Swedish dancer and choreographer Johan Inger trained at the Nederlands Dans Theater, and has been heading the Cullberg for a year.
