30 July. After an absence of five years, Damien Rice has announced a series of concerts in Italy culminating in a performance at Rome's Auditorium Parco della Musica on 30 July. Prior to Rome he is playing at the Grado Festival on 25 July, in Ferrara on 27 July and in Florence on 28 July. The reclusive Irish singer, who once worked as a farmer in Tuscany, is best-known for his chart-topping hits "The Blower's Daughter" and "Cannon Ball".
