1-29 Dec Throughout December the library Ponte Ponente organises a series of workshops for kids.
On 1 Dec at 17.00 children are introduced to a new toy brand, called Djeco, which produces educative and funny woodrn toys as well as constructions and puzzles.
On 1, 8, 15 Dec at 11.00 Fiona Walsh holds My First English!, a workshop for the smallest, who are introduced to the English language through an innovative method.
On 2 Dec at 16.30 there is the second part of The Blue Streetlight, which entertains kids aged 3 to 6 with lectures, music, songs, movement and fames.
On 6 Dec at 17.00 there is the workshop Colourful Fairy Tales, by Emma Rinaldi, who teaches kids how to listen, tell, draw and create their own, original fairy tale.
On 8 Dec at 11.00 children are invited to write or doodle a letter to Santa Klaus, inspired by various Christmas stories. At 16.30 kids aged 3 and older will spend an afternoon with the protagonists of the world of Babalibri.
On 9 Dec at 16.30 kids aged 4 and older are introduced to the Japanese narration technique of Kamishibai.
On 12 Dec at 16.45 there is the presentation of a book, entitled 1001 things for a child aged 0-5, by Claudia Mencaroni and M. Grazia Maceroni, edited by Newton & Compton, followed by a Christmas recycling workshop.
On 13, 20 Dec at 17.00 there is the usual appointment for kids aged 5 to 7 with Altrondo: The Lair of Young Readers. Carla Ghisalberti reads some of Gianni Rodari’s most famous fairy tales aloud.
On 16 Dec at 11.30 Creativamente, Italian brand of board games, introduces its new game Which Scientist are You? Children are invited to compete and become great scientists.
On 23 Dec at 16.30 There is the reading/workshop There is a Monster underneath the Bed, which introduces kids to all kinds of ugly and scary monsters and teaches them how created their own out of cloth and buttons.
On 27, 28 Dec at 10.30 Small Chefs in the Kitchen is dedicated to kids aged 4 to 10 and teaches them how to bake some famous Italian Christmas cookies.
On 29 Dec at 16.45 Small Readers Grow is organized for kids aged 2 and older and deals with some very interesting topics.
