Ecumenical Garden project
Benefit for restoration of Monastery Garden at S. Gregorio al Celio
A fundraising English Tea with Chamber Music at Villa Wolkonsky, the residence of the British ambassador to Italy, takes place on Friday 21 March from 16.30-18.30.
The purpose of the event is to raise funds for an ecumenical garden project at the Monastery of S. Gregorio al Celio.
A special tour of the Villa Wolkonsky gardens will be conducted by Nina Prentice, the wife of the British ambassador to Italy Christopher Prentice.
Guests must RSVP by 17 March by emailing the Revd Dana English, assistant curate of the All Saints' Anglican Church, at dlenglish@aya.yale.edu.
The minimum suggested dontation is €25.
The project is supported by Churches Together, an ecumenical body comprising 11 mainly English-speaking churches in Rome.
