26-28 Feb. Eric Clapton: Life in 12 Bars. The original language version of a documentary chronicling Eric Clapton’s role in contemporary music and cultural history is showing in Rome cinemas from 26-28 February.
Told through Clapton's own words, the film reflects on his traumatic childhood, his struggle with drugs and alcohol, the loss of his son, and how he found solace in music.
The documentary features extensive interviews with Clapton along with his family, friends and fellow musicians including the late B.B. King, Jimi Hendrix and George Harrison.
Directed by Oscar winner Lili Fini Zanuck.
