Popular Roman actor Gigi Proietti has been chosen for the second year to direct the season at Romes own Globe Theatre, the lovely wooden replica of Shakespeares "Globe" in London, in the heart of Villa Borghese. And in honour of the Bard, Proietti has chosen yet another mainly Shakesperean season with Twelth Night, Othello, The Tempest, Much Ado About Nothing, Richard III and Loves Labours Lost (all in Italian naturally). However, during the long run, there is also space for Goldonis La Locandiera following last years success.
