3-5 Aug 2005. This is the citys first festival of "flying theatre". Organised by the Italian, Angelo Bonello, leader of the Kitonb Extreme Theatre Company whose rule of thumb is to challenge gravity. The festival alternates performances between Kitonb itself, the Theatre Exil from France and the Circus Elles from Belgium. It also includes encounters and performances by such characters as Angelo DArrigo, the first man to have flown over Mount Everest without a motor, and Alain Robert, the urban climber who has so far climbed over 70 skyscrapers with his bare hands.
