Fairies and knights
A celebration of legendary woodland creatures such as fairies and elves takes place at Acquafredda park, off Via Boccea in west Rome on Sun 30 May. The day of theatre and food tasting will feature stories of park fairies and legends of incantations and begins at 11.00. Reservations are required. On Sat 5 - Sun 6 June, there will be a mediaeval festival at the park, with music, costumes, theatre shows and food, from 17.00 on 5 June and from 11.00 on 6 June. Reservations are required.
