It is a delightful festival that makes use of beautiful churches, basilicas and cathedrals in Viterbo as well as in Tuscania, Tarquinia, Sutri, Bolsena, Vallerano and Castel S. Elia. This years programme is particularly rich, with prestigious names in Baroque music including the Sinfonietta of Berne (16 Aug), organist Ton Koopman (5 Sept), the Concerto Italiano conducted by Rinaldo Alessandrini (6 Sept) and the London Baroque Soloists with soprano Emma Kirby (13 Sept).
